How do you take your tea or coffee?

Tea: Real tea (rarelly herbal tea).Straight.. (except when I have a cold I like to mix it with honey/lemon ^^)
Coffee: Always with sugar anyway! The sort of coffee depends of a) my mood b) free time and b) time of the day:
- Black coffee (more accurate: my favorite -and usual- is espresso -double or not-) .
- Café au lait.
- Cappuccino.
